Market cap is price × circulating supply, so the price at a target market cap is that market cap divided by the coin’s circulating supply today.
Is this a price prediction?
No. It is arithmetic that puts valuations in perspective. Reaching another coin’s market cap would mean that much new money valuing the coin that highly.
